At Loved Much, each item is made to order just for you! Because our products may be fulfilled by different partners, your items may ship separately and arrive at different times — this is completely normal and means your order is on its way!

Most orders are processed and ship within 3–8 business days after the order is received. With standard shipping, your order should arrive within 5–10 business days after it has shipped.

Please keep in mind that the delivery times stated above are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather, carrier delays, holidays, and peak shopping seasons.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100 and on all hats.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Loved Much is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
